The Hydrogeology Division Bylaws provide the opportunity for the Division to adopt Rules and Regulations to supplement the Bylaws and establish more detailed policies and procedures to guide the Division’s operations. The Rules and Regulations may be modified temporarily through majority vote of the Division Management Board at any time. Permanent modification of the Rules and Regulations may be made by majority vote of the Management Board at the annual meeting following prior temporary adoption or through majority vote of the Division during the membership meeting at the Society’s annual meeting.
