ARTICLE VII
Meetings
Section 1. Annual Business Meeting. The annual business meeting of the division shall be held during the annual meeting of the Geological Society of America. Except when actions are governed by specific provisions in the bylaws, conduct of the business of the division at the annual business meeting shall follow Robert's Rules of Order (Revised).
