Catering/Internet/Audiovisual Due: 19 July

System Closes (final deadline): 9 Aug.

Space Request Submissions:

  • Required to reserve meeting room for all non-tech events
  • Required to have your event listed in the program app (optional)
  • Fees must be paid before meeting space can be assigned
In order to submit an event request you must sign in using your GSA account username and password. If you do not have a GSA account, you can create a non-member account. You will be prompted to enter or create your sign-in information once you select the Submit Request button.
