Complimentary media registration is available to professional journalists and public information officers (PIOs) from geoscience-related organizations to access scientific sessions and the Resource and Innovation Center, for the express purpose of gathering news and information to produce media coverage of the GSA meeting.

All press registrations are issued at the sole discretion of the GSA Press Office, and are not transferable.

All presenters must pay the registration fee to attend the Annual Meeting. Journalists and PIOs must pay for any short courses, field trips, or ticketed events in which they wish to participate.
