Space Request Submissions:

Required to reserve meeting room for all non-tech events
Required to have your event listed in the program app
Fees must be paid before meeting space can be assigned

Critical Dates

Submissions accepted through 30 August
Based on meeting room availability, increased space request fees apply.

Room Notifications: July

Catering/Internet/Audiovisual Due: 16 August

System Closes: 31 August
