Nothing disappears in any part of our universe… even when it involves the international postal service… On September 30, I found an envelope in my P.O. Box, which I had thought was long “lost in the mail.” It contained my official invitation to travel to Tomsk Polytechnic University in Tomsk, Russia, for my Fulbright appointment. The envelope bears a Tomsk postal office stamp marking the mailing date as August 8, 2013.
