An In-Person and Accessible Meeting

GSA will record for on-demand viewing after the meeting has ended all Pardee Keynote Symposia, Presidential Address & Awards, Noontime Lectures, Special Lectures, and Halbouty Distinguished Lecture, along with all topical and discipline sessions. GSA will not be live streaming topical and/or discipline sessions but will live stream Pardee Keynote Symposia, the Presidential Address & Awards, Noontime Lectures, Special Lectures, and the Halbouty Distinguished lecture.

This year GSA will be offering three tiers of registration rates; Early, Standard and Late. Register early to take advantage of the lowest rates possible to attend Connects 2024.

Early: May–1 August (extended)

Late: 6 September and after

Registration fees for on-demand recordings of the content will be available to purchase at a later date.

** The guest or companion registration fee is for non-geologists accompanying either a professional or student meeting registrant. This fee does not include access to technical sessions. Any guest wishing to see a specific presentation should go to the on-site registration desk to request a special pass.

*** GSA offers a 50% discount on annual meeting registration fees for individuals who are both residing in and are citizens of low and low-middle income countries as classified by the World Bank. The 50% discount does not apply to the K-12 professional, Guest or Companion, or Field Trip/Short Course Only registration classes.

Cancelation Policy

A $50 processing fee will be charged for cancelation of a registration if received in writing prior to 11:59 p.m. MDT on 8 August 2024. No refunds will be given after the cancelation deadline of 8 August 2024 for any registration type or events.

Continuing Education Units

Meeting attendance, short courses, and field trips qualify for continuing education units (CEUs). One CEU equals 10 hours of participation in an organized continuing education experience under responsible sponsorship, capable direction, and qualified instruction. Obtaining CEUs can help you earn or maintain professional certification or licensure.

Carbon Offsets for Conference Attendees
